My favorite picture from the whole trip. Emerald Lake with Mount Elbert in the background. It was so still and peaceful there.
One thing I couldn’t help but think about on this trip was how God’s beauty is so intricate and vast at the same time. It is impossible to capture the true beauty in a photograph.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

Beautiful. What a great place to take pictures of nature! I think my favorite is the one of the birch trees. I love their skinny white trunks!
